The SFM Women’s Council is committed to the development of its women members.
The mentoring program originated in 2005 and has evolved into the Coaching Program to better meet the needs of our women members in 2010 and beyond.

Original Research
The Society for Foodservice Management periodically conducts original research and gathers data that can be very useful to onsite foodservice professionals. In this section you will find SFM’s Crisis Toolkit, 2006 and 2008 Benchmarking Reports and Employee Participation Survey Results. All SFM members receive one complimentary copy of each document and may purchase additional copies for a reduced member rate. Also available for purchase by non-members.
